Tanzania Tunu Initiative (TTI) is a national civil society organization advancing equity, dignity, and ethical development across Tanzania. Guided by the principle Thamani ya Utu, the intrinsic value of human dignity, TTI works at the intersection of education, governance, and community wellbeing. Through evidence-based advocacy, youth engagement, and transnational collaboration, the organization addresses systemic barriers to learning, including WASH, mental health, and

gender based violence. TTI’s work spans equitable access to basic services, natural resource stewardship, civic education, and participatory governance. In partnership with the New Hope Academy of Change (NHAC), TTI promotes healing

centered approaches to student resilience and contributes to regional frameworks like UNESCO’s O³ Plus initiative, positioning Tanzanian innovation within a global dialogue on inclusive education and wellbeing.
