New Hope Academy of Change (NHAC) is a non-profit, tax-exempt community-based organization servicing at-risk students, adults, veterans, and economically disadvantaged populations designed to provide intensive employment training, education, case management, and other supportive services to high-risk, underserved clients, and offenders re-entering the community.

The mission is to provide a comprehensive educational center to provide youth and adult clients with the necessary skills to increase job readiness, job placement, and job retention. Our services also include a gender-specific component for females.

The NHAC motto is "On Time...On Task...and On a Mission." This motto and philosophy is articulated and emphasized to all clients in an effort to promote change and to provide clients with a "New Hope" or "beginning", reflecting our agency name.
